Clallam 2 Fire-Rescue utilizes the Knox Box system for access to secured buildings and residences.  Home and buisness owners can purchase a Knox Box for storage of keys in the event emergency responders need to gain access to your home or buisness.

The Fire District is the only agency that will have access to the Knox Box.  Buisinessses and homeowners purchase Knox Box themselves and have it installed.  They can then call the Fire District at (360) 457-2550 to have firefighters come out and lock the access keys into the box after it is installed.

Clallam 2 Fire-Rescue assumes no liability for the installation of the Knox Box on the home or buisness.  It is recommended that the Knox Box be located in a readily visible location near the primary access door.  This will help firefighters and EMS personnel identify that the location has a Knox Box.
